Injuries, Chronic Pain and Rehabilitation

Becky will work alongside your physical therapist, chiropractor or physician to create an exercise program that will protect your joints, help you to manage pain and facilitate the healing of injuries.



Working with women in preconception, during pregnancy and after delivery has been incredibly inspiring for Becky.  She loves to watch the transformation of woman to mother while empowering and supporting mama to be strong and yet soft. Babies are always welcome in the studio as well!


Although Becky's training style incorporates several disciplines of movement, all of her workouts have a firm foundation in the principles of Pilates.  Alignment, breath and mind/muscle connection are fundamental to all exercises!
